Cradled in an abandoned tin mine against the majestic Phang Nga mountains and the Andaman Sea, the Canyon Course at Blue Canyon Country Club features rust-filled streams and cliffs of red and white tin ore. The course shot to fame with Norman’s 64 stroke in 1994 and Wood’s double playoff win in the Johnnie Walker Classic in 1998.
The front nine plays up and through the palm lined fairways, while the back nine gets even better with holes 11-15 perhaps making for the best stretch ever in Phuket. The long par-3 17th, awarded "Top 500 Best Holes in the World”, leads to a large clubhouse with 3 great restaurants.
